Located close to Tulsa International Airport, Tulsa Aircraft Engines, Inc. has been in the business of overhauling and repairing Pratt & Whitney R-985 and R-1340 radial engines since 1973. The company is owned and operated by Sam Thompson.

The majority of our customers are involved in the agricultural industry, but we also overhaul for customers involved in restoration.

Appointments are required, and currently a six to eight week notice for an overhaul is needed. Our work carries a 100 hour full warranty and an 800 hour pro-rata warranty. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost priority. Take a look at our price list for the R-985 and the R-1340.
